Very early photos of Victor and his adoptive family.
Victor was born August 10th 1945 in Utica New York. Was adopted and lived in Hartford Conn until 1952. Moved to Bethpage LI NY - lived there until 1964 when I enlisted in the Air Force.
Bill and Hannah Vreeland are his adoption parents and Eric is his brother born two years after Victor was adopted.
